We have toolkits to enhance accessibility for protected characteristics (e.g., visual impairment) or for those that are not digitally confident).
We use HTML and CSS to improve contrast, font legibility and compatibility for screen-readers to achieve WCAG 2.1 AAA standards using alternative text, captions, audio description, etc.
