Purpose
In accordance with Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act), this statement sets out the approach that Rothian Ltd (Rothian) has undertaken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
Our organisation structure and supply chains
Rothian is a single entity private company limited by guarantee, incorporated in England and Wales.
Our business primarily uses staff and independent contractors engaged directly by Rothian or in partnership with our alliance partners. Our people management practices set out to ensure fair treatment of our people irrespective of location or contractual model.
Our commitment to upholding the Modern Slavery Act 2015
Rothian has a zero-tolerance position on violations to the UK’s anti-human trafficking and anti-modern slavery laws. If we identify breaches of these laws within our supply chain, we will support companies in their efforts to comply with the legislation and, if necessary, terminate our engagement.
We seek to treat everyone fairly and consistently, creating a workplace and business environment that is open, transparent and trusted. Our approach to the Modern Slavery Act is in line with our culture and values.

- Invest in our staff – promoting wellbeing and creating an inclusive culture so that everyone feels safe and can be themselves
Due diligence processes, risk assessment and management
Our management practices include due diligence on potential and current suppliers. When we onboard an alliance partner we undertake a thorough due diligence to ensure that the firm has a good reputation with appropriate practices for its people and culture. We revisit this assessment on an ongoing basis and when there are significant changes (e.g., a merger or acquisition).
Training on modern slavery and trafficking
Rothian provides periodic training to our people on the subject of modern slavery and our policies to address the risks to help increase education and awareness.
Rothian takes responsibility for this Statement and its related objectives and will review and update it in accordance with The Act.
